I have acchived Ghoul exterminatoer V , Ghoul Expertise . The standard Ghoul has between 64 - 72 HP . Here I was thinking that all monsters of a type had a set number of hit points . I had no idea it was random like in tabletop D&D . Narc is going to have to make a ruling about the reward ( Med Jewel of Fourtune ) . I would suggest that a player may only give it to a Perma-Death toon if they honestly beleive that thier Perma-Death toons were responsable for the ( vast ? ) majority of the kills . This is not the situation in my case .

I will leave those choices up to the player in question, it is easy to log in with all your pd toons and total up their kills based on each toon, to see if they qualify for the applicable monster manual reward.
I myself have already earned several of the Jewels and I only play permadeath! The great thing is you can turn them in when you want.
I am sure if you look at most guildies that have been around for long enough they would meet the requirements in the past of all the medium jewels so feel free to use them in guild!!
